Foundation Pigs of the Past

There have been many pigs that have graced our lives with their beauty and love. We feel blessed to have each and everyone in our herd, but would like to pay special tribute to those remarkable ones here. Some of these bloodlines are now saught after and some were major contributors to our herd. Some were simply amazing show pigs and some changed our herd for the better with amazing offspring.

Newland's Raider

Raider is a major foundation of

our American intense line. His

ability to throw type and patching

with such clean crisp coloring was

amazing. His bloodline runs through

our herd and many other American

breeders in Texas.

Caboodle's Yogi

Yogi is our oldest breeding boar

He was never shown, but

many of his offspring have

been. Yogi left us peacefully at the ripe old age of 4 nearly 5. We sure miss him.

Champ is a very large boy with some

incrediable patching. He is impressive in

type as well.

Cowgirl's Sylvester

Sylvester was a one of a kind.

Amazing density, coronet, texture

and type. What a ride he had

with Amy.

3 Reserve Best in Shows earning

9 legs.

Cowgirl's Mystery

Born April 2006

Mystery is the half brother to Peppy San on

the bottom side. He is the only remaining

direct offspring we have of Hugs. Mystery

was shown as a youngster once with good

results. Shown here as our oldest boar in

breeding coat.
